All quotes are sent via email. Attached will also include our terms & conditons along with an acceptance form.
Simply accept the quotation sent to you via email by clicking the ‘quote acceptance’ button. You will then be prompted to declare the value of your goods – this can be a rough estimate. Once completed we require a move deposit to be paid and cleared (the deposit amount due will be shown on your quote and invoice. Payments are to the One Removal Ltd. business bank account, details of which will be provided on your invoice.
On packing days (usually one day prior to the move date) we aim to arrive around 9am.
On the actual move days we usually arrive at 8.30am.
Absoloutely! We actually prefer in-person surveys for larger properties as it provides less room for error.
Unfortunately until we conduct as survey to calculate factors such as the total volume of your properties contents, move distance etc.. we are unable to give quotes.
